Jane's back terrace and barbeque.
  • Here was a terrace of old decking that needed replacing with a solid surface.

  • The old decking was removed and replaced with hard core to retain the level.

  • Jane keeps bees so a honeycomb design was incorporated into the slate terrace.

  • Reclaimed red tiles were used as the edging of the terrace and steps.

  • Jane had some old patterned tiles that she had collected on her travels so we used these on the front and sides of the barbeque.

  • She also had an old fireplace 'kicking around' the garden and this was used as a feature for the front of the barbeque.

  • Raised beds were made in front and at the side of the terrace with reclaimed stone.

  • Planting complimented the existing planting in the garden.
